BROWNIE DOUGH AND ICE CREAM!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1 bag chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (add more according to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp milk

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

1. The instructions to make the brownie was really easy as I had to
just add the mix in a huge bowl then add some oil(40ml), an egg and water(50ml) and mix till it's blended well.
(real time saver but you can make your own brownie from scratch).

2. Grease the tin and pour in the brownie mixture.

3. Once blended, keep it aside and set the oven at 180c preheat. Let the brownie bake for about 20- 25 minutes until a skewer put in the brownie comes out clean.
Once baked let it cool for about 30 minutes.
4. In another clean bowl, add the flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix it well.

5. After mixing, add the vanilla essence, milk and half the bag of chocolate chips and mix till it has a doughy texture.

Add more milk if the dough is too dry or add flour if it is too sticky.

6. Once the dough is done you can put it in a ziplock  bag or wrap a cling film around it and chill it in the fridge until cold  (approx. for an hour).

7. On a floured surface( like a cutting board or marble counter top) roll out the dough to match the size of the top of your brownie.

8. Melt the rest of the chocolate chips in a glass bowl in the microwave.
(microwave for 30 seconds, stop, stir and repeat until chocolate is fully melted.)

9. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the brownie and then place the rolled out dough on top.

10. They can be eaten plain but I love combining it with some vanilla ice cream and if you like you can use some of the melted chocolate over the vanilla ice cream.

It's easy to make and doesn't take much time and it's delicious.

Until I see you next time, Bye! :)
